Oro del Desierto Hojiblanca (250ml)



Oro del Desierto Hojiblanca is produced from a 2-phase cold extraction process with early harvested olives of the Hojiblanca variety during Oct-Nov whereby 75-80% of the olives are still green.

Aroma: Intense fruitiness with strong notes of tomatoes and apple. Complex and well- balanced with hints of mint and almonds.

Flavour: Soft entrance of vegetable notes of lettuce and tomatoes.

Total Polyphenol Content of 300-400mg/kg.

Perfect with Salads, Toast, Cheese or Meats.
